Come celebrate Fall Equinox!
We were born of the moon and stars and salts of the Earth. We are the Earth. Everything, including the 5 elements that create the world we live in, works in harmony and balance with one another. When one part of nature is thrown off balance, all the rest of nature is thrown off balance. The ancients knew this. Over time, they developed movement practices, now called Qigong, that help us stay in balance with all the elements in nature and within ourselves.
We'll move through a few Qigong opening exercises before Haleya guides you through the 5 Element Qigong Flow, one sacred element at a time to balance mind, body, and spirit. We'll finish with Qigong savasana. During this time, you may want to rest, stretch or do some yoga poses as a way to complete and savor the benefits of this beautiful practice.
We'll sit for part of the practice, stand for part, and end with a choice of sitting or lying down. You may choose to stand or sit for the entire practice depending on your health and wellness status. Either way, the 5 Element Flow incorporates all that you need to bring yourself to balance for health, vitality and connection.
