New Year: Priming the Pump!

No dobut we've got a challenging year ahead of us. We need to prepare ourselves- prime the pump- of our body mind and soul to make the best of 2022. 

Join Haleya & community to bring in the New Year on the right foot. First we'll begin by getting our energies all running and moving in the right way and direction (forward!) as well as our immune system plugged in. We'll do this with Donna Eden's (Energy Medicine) Daily Energy Routine. If you don't know the routine- no worries, I'll guide us all through it. I'll do it standing, but you can also do it will sitting. 

Then we'll do a couple of simple rituals to let go of the old and bring in the new. We'll also do some powerful tapping to install whatever it is we would like to manifest for the New Year. Remember, it doesn't have to be a "thing", it could be a quality of "being", such as peace or calm. 

We'll also send out a wish, prayer, intention, and/or  sankalpa for the world as well, and finish off the morning by offering Metta to all beings.

No experience necessary for this event. You can sit or stand throughout this event.
