Need support for better sleep and feeling vital during the day? Wish for a happy low back, or feeling more at peace?
Qigong, based on ancient chinese practices of gentle movement and breath, help support our bodies and organs throughout the seasons. Winter marks the time to work with the water element which governs the kidneys. In our culture of stress and very yang energy, our kidneys and the deep yin supportive energies they support are left at the door. A balanced water elment within us marks better sleep, a happier low back, feeling more vital during the day and a sense of more peace. Are you ready for more of that in your life?
Let's practice this vital and deep Qigong flow together to warm up our kidneys, help support ourselves and to feel a bit more on top of our lives as we move through the grip that winter seems to be taking and into spring.
No special experience or skill is necessary. All levels are welcome. You can join via a chair if needed!
