Qigong Spring Equinox Celebration, Thurs, March 23

March 20 @ 5:24pm EDT marks the first day of Spring! The Earth and all her creatures are coming back to life and so are we. Let's wake ourselves up and kick off the season on the right foot. This is also a special time of year with the Spring Equinox in that the day and night are equal in length. This marks a beautiful transition time between winter and spring. In chinese medicine we look at this time as a balance of yin and yang, the holy grail of what we are all striving for in our daily lives.  So let's celebrate Spring while finding the inner calm and balance. Both are possible. Bring along a springtime goal or intention. We'll use Qigong to "plug" that into ourselves and the universe.
