Winter Solstice Healing Ritual Circle, Dec. 20!

The cycles of the seasons and nature are not simply what we witness outside our windows each day. The cycles of nature are part of our cells and DNA. As we come home and honor the seasons and the changing of the seasons, we come home to a deeper part of ourselves that allows us to feel more anchored and more connected. Our cells are happier, our minds are happier and our hearts can settle.  With the changing world we live in we need this more than ever. You are invited to join me and others via Zoom to help find your anchor and connection to the Earth's rhythm's and cycles. Magic awaits!

We'll meet for each solstice and equinox via Zoom. Included will be creating a small altar (during the ritual) you'll keep up during the season. There are a variety of things we may do during Circle. We may use seated Qigong to ground and learn simple movement meditations for the gifts of the upcoming season. We may focus on guided self-healing. Haleya will always lead a deep and rich guided imagery for healing. We'll then take pen to paper and write down what we want to heal, cultivate or manifest during the upcoming  season and tuck them away to let them brew on our altars until the next equinox or solstice. 

No experience necessary. You'll find a PDF to print out on the registration form if you are not familiar with setting up a spiritual altar.  Come to one or all the solstices and equinoxes. Most benefit will be by attending each circle.
