Summer is here!

For the next ten days after Solstices or Equinoxes we need to continue to balance our energies for optimal healh & vitality. 

The ancients knew that balancing our yin and yang energies were an important way to ease the transition from spring to summer. This need to balance our energies is not only important at at cellular level but also in our daily lives. Qigong addresses these moments of transition with Earth Element exercises and movements. We can then slow down, take a breath, ground, stabilize, and integrate before we take our next steps.

Come join me in this beautiful Earth Element Flow for healing. This gentle practice can be done seated or standing and can be modified in any way you need. We'll start with a version of the Daily Energy Routine to get our energies moving, as well as several Qigong exercises to help wake up our bodies and the Earth Element. Then we'll slip into a beautiful Qigong flow to soothe, nourish, stabilize, and ground. 

We'll finish off class with savasana-whether you choose to stay seated or make your way to the mat or coach.  Either way, your energy will be shifted in deep and rich ways, and you'll feel ready for Summer Solstice and more capable of handling transition in general.

No Qigong experience necessary. It is suggested to attend all 3 classes so that you become familiar with the flow and can eventually practice it on your own anytime you find yourself needing balance. However, even one class will give you a lot!
