An Important Message for Women about Roe v Wade
The dismantling of Roe v Wade is a very traumatic event for all women. Consequently, our feelings and emotions can easily get locked in our bodies now. This perpetuates feeling disempowered and victimized. It may move us towards chronic health conditions, lack of vitality, and feeling helpless. Women, this exactly what those in control want. In this way we won’t stand up and fight. Therefore it is an imperative political action that we MOVE the many feelings we have right now - out of our bodies so that we can stand strong, brave, and empowered to stand up to those in control. Rather than collapsing into fear, anger, or feeling paralyzed - we can embrace our wellness and stand strong. Please watch this video.
