Spring Equinox- Healing Meditation

Spring Equinox marks the equal length of day and night. It is a time of deep pause in the celestial sky, and in chinese medicine a time for us all to pause and regain balance before we move onto spring and the future. And yet, there is so much going on globally- we are faced with a depth of suffering, hate, and angst at such a global scale.

  We may feel powerless and helpless at this time. As it is said in the 12 step program we may be powerless but we are not helpless. Knowing that humanity is ultimately trying to purge at this time, we are asked to go deep within and clear out our own suffering. In our Oneness with all of humanity with must come to a place of justice and righteousness. 

   It is also a time to find balance as SO many emtions are rising for so many of us. Or we find ourselves numb to what is happening around us. Whatever the case there is much to release and let go back to Mother Earth.

   So this spring equinox, Haleya will guide us through an active seated healing meditation to clear our own minds and hearts, as well as our ancestral lineage of the pain and suffering that the world is acting out at this time. This will be doine thorugh a combination of Qigong exercises using ancient sounds (you'll be muted!) & movement, color healing, acu-points, healing affirmations, energy medicine and Reiki or hands on healing. No experience necessary. If you are not able bodied  at this time, simply listening and making the sounds and repeating the healing affirmations will still be extremely useful to you!

     You'll be in class during the official Spring Equinox time (northern hemisphere) 11:32am ET.

     This will be recorded so you'll be able to follow along or if you can't attend you can view later.

      My wish is that you can attend. This work is so needed and joining together as community to share in this ritual will make it all the stronger and bring more healing to you and each and every single person on the planet.
