Winter Solstice Circle

Come celebrate and experience this powerful time of Winter Solstice. It is both the longest night of the year and the threshold of the return of the light. Through a guided clearing and self-healing of the chakras followed by a delicious guided ancient 61 Point of Light meditation, you'll find a deeper balance to navigate these times. 

This hybrid Circle is for both yogis and non-yogis. If you are a non-yogi, pull up a chair or a recliner. if you are a yogi, roll out your mat. Haleya will suggest a couple of poses / forms for the yogis attending. Either way, everyone will find a place of deep rest and renewal with our chakras balanced and our beings filled with Light. 

We'll finish off the evening by offering Metta to all beings.
